Conservation District Mapping Services Available for Professionals and for Landowners
January 3 - December 31
The Piscataquis County Soil and Water Conservation District offers landowners, foresters, municipalities and the public the service of creating aerial maps of their properties. The PCSWCD uses different overlays including soils information, federal and state wildlife, endangered and threatened species, and topographic information such as geography, watersheds and other natural features to enhance the aerial photos. The PCSWCD can also generate soil data reports.
The service is offered at the cost of $37.50 per hour with a minimum charge of half an hour. Please contact Lynn Lubas, Technical Coordinator, at (207)564-2321, extension 3 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about this valuable service for professionals and for landowners in this region.
